Step 1: On your school dashboard click 'Manage members'
Step 2: Navigate to the student you want to change and click the three dots
On the school members page, find the student's details you wish to change and click the three dots.
Step 3: Click edit details to change the name and username
Change your student details. The username should be unique within the school account and should NOT contain the student's real name. We recommend using a unique identifier that is already used in your school for this student. Click 'Save changes' to make the change to the username official.
Step 4: click 'Change password'
Please note, passwords must be at least 8 characters long and difficult to guess. You will need to share this password with the student. They should choose their own password when they next log in.
