Step 1: Go to 'Your Account'
Ensure you are logged in. After you log in, in the top right hand corner of the navigation bar, click 'Your Account'.
Step 2: In your profile section, navigate to the 'Email address' section and click 'Edit'
Once you navigate to the 'Email address' section, you are able to edit your email address you use to log into your account, and where we send communications you have signed up for, such as newsletters.
Step 3: Change your email address
After you change your email address, click 'save' to confirm the change. Click 'Cancel editing' if you wish to cancel changing your email address.
Please note:
- If you are a school owner or a teacher, due to safeguarding concerns you can't change your email address.
- If you have signed up with Google SSO, you can't change your email address. We don't have the ability to change your Google credentials as this is controlled by Google.
