Visit the status page: status.raspberrypi.org.

If all systems show Operational but you still have issues, try:
Refreshing the page and clearing your browser cache.
Testing another browser or device.
Checking your school or organisation’s firewall or filtering settings.

A short description of the issue and when it started.
Your school name (if using Code Editor for Education).
The browser and device you’re using.
Any error messages or screenshots.
Tips for educators
Before lessons: Check the status page, especially if you’re planning an assessment or live demo.
During scheduled maintenance: Plan an offline activity or alternative task for the affected window.
