Step 1: Create a class
To create a class, follow this guide. Once you have created a class within your school account, you can start to create projects for that class.
Step 2: Create a project
From an individual class page, click 'Add project' to get started. You'll need to give the project a title and a type - Python or HTML/CSS/JS.
Step 3: Click 'View project code' and edit your project in editor mode
Once your project has been created, click onto the project and then click 'View project code'. Then you'll see your project in the editor mode, where you can start to create a starter project for your students. Your project will autosave as you develop it.
Step 4: Click 'Back' to go back to the projects page
Once you're ready to share the project, head back to the overview page using the 'Back' button in the top left-hand corner. You can then select 'Show to students', which will make the project visible to any students within the class. They'll be able to open your latest version and edit it themselves.
Once you have clicked 'Show to students', you can then share a direct link to this project with your students by clicking 'Copy link'. The link you have copied can be pasted in a document or email and then shared with students for easy access to a project. Once the students click the link, if they are not signed in, they will be prompted to provide their school code, username and password.
